Genius Sports has signed separate deals with Kalshi and Polymarket, two prediction market platforms. Both agreements came this week, just before the company’s second quarter earnings report.
Genius Sports supplies data and technology to sports leagues and betting platforms. The new deals give both exchanges official data used to settle sports contracts.
Financial terms were not disclosed. Both deals put a heavy focus on soccer.
Kalshi Deal Focuses on Official Soccer Data
Under the Kalshi deal, Genius Sports will provide real time data across its full soccer portfolio. This covers the English Premier League, Serie A, Liga MX, Argentina’s Primera División, and France’s Ligue 1.
Kalshi will use this data as the official source to settle its sports contracts. The goal is to reduce reliance on unofficial or delayed information.
Kalshi will also join Genius Sports’ integrity system. This includes limits on certain market types and more visibility into related trading activity.
Genius Sports will also support Kalshi through marketing and media services tied to its Legend owned properties.
Kalshi Head of Sports Partnerships Adam Barrick said official data and integrity services matter more as the prediction market space grows.
The deal builds on past work. In June, Genius Sports agreed to supply data for Kalshi’s partnership with the Argentine Football Association during the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
