Symplify has launched a redesigned version of its App Push editor. The update was announced on September 2, 2026.

The company is a CRM and AI cloud solutions provider based in Stockholm. It builds tools for operators and CRM teams.

The redesign brings the App Push editor closer to the rest of the Symplify platform. Symplify says this creates a more consistent workflow across its tools.

Campaign Creation Moves Into Settings Panel

Under the old system, campaign content had to be added in a separate section. That has changed with the new update.

Content can now be added directly within the settings panel. This cuts down on the number of steps needed to build a campaign.

The editor also includes a new preview function. This lets users see how a notification will look while they are still building it.

Symplify said the goal of these changes is a cleaner and more intuitive campaign building experience for its users.

New Options for Audience Segmentation

The redesign also changes how CRM teams create notifications for different audiences. Multiple notifications can now be built within a single campaign.

The first notification in a campaign acts as a fallback. It goes to recipients who do not match any of the defined audience segments.

This setup lets teams send targeted messages to specific groups. At the same time, it still reaches recipients outside those groups.
