Lotte Tour Development reported a rise in casino revenue at its Jeju Dream Tower property for June. The property posted revenue of KRW48.72 billion, or about $31.3 million, marking a 36.1% increase from June last year.
The company filed the figures with the Korea Exchange on Wednesday. The gain was driven mainly by improved table game performance and a rise in tourist arrivals.
Table Games Drive the Gain
Table game sales for June reached just above KRW47.20 billion. That figure was up 0.4% from May and 37.4% higher than June of last year.
The table game hold rate stood at 21.0% for the month. That was slightly lower than May’s 22.6%, but it was still well above the 15.7% hold rate recorded in June 2025.
June marked the second straight month that casino sales topped KRW40 billion. Sales did slip 1.4% from May’s total of KRW49.42 billion, which had been the strongest month of the first half of the year.
Casino table drop, which is the amount customers pay to buy chips, rose 2.5% year-over-year to about KRW224.59 billion. On a monthly basis, drop was up 8.2%.
Visitor Numbers and Hotel Sales
The casino welcomed 61,146 visitors in June. That was an 18.7% increase from a year earlier, though it was down 3.3% from May’s total of 63,192 guests.
