Kalshi has launched a new tool aimed at people who want to follow the 2026 midterm elections closely. The platform calls it the Midterms Hub, and it went live this week.

The hub is built around an interactive map. It shows current probabilities for individual House and Senate races across the country.

Visitors can also compare those market odds against public polling averages. The page pulls in campaign fundraising numbers reported to the Federal Election Commission as well.

This is a shift in how Kalshi presents itself. The company built its business on letting people trade contracts tied to real-world events, including elections.

The new hub is less about placing trades and more about consuming information. Users can browse the data without ever buying a contract.

Watching Instead of Trading

Kalshi says this fits a pattern already showing up in its traffic. The company estimates that roughly three out of every four visitors to its site are there to watch, not trade.

That means most people looking at Kalshi’s election data are not risking money on outcomes. They are treating the market prices as a forecasting tool instead.
