Instead, Lottery.com will now work as an affiliate network. It will connect licensed lottery operators around the world rather than run games directly.
The company’s board called the plan a “transformational global growth strategy.” The goal is to give Lottery.com wider reach across regulated markets.
Rollout Starts in North and Latin America
The first phase of the plan will focus on North and Latin America. Mexico has been named as a starting point under a 90-day regional expansion plan.
SEGG Media said new affiliate partnerships will be announced as deals are finalized. This marks the first stage of a larger international rollout.
The company is also recruiting licensed lottery operators to join the network. More regions are expected to follow once the initial phase is underway.
