That compares with a net loss of PHP16.3 million, or $266,000, in the same quarter last year. The company shared the results in a filing with the Philippine Stock Exchange on Tuesday, August 11.
Revenue for the quarter rose 96% year-on-year to PHP352.4 million, or $5.76 million. The growth came mainly from the company’s Digital Gaming Solutions segment.
Digital Gaming Drives Growth
Digital Gaming Solutions brought in PHP200.3 million, or $3.27 million, during the quarter. That made up 57% of the company’s total revenue.
This segment includes online gaming platform technology and game-content distribution. It had no revenue at all in the same quarter of 2025.
Revenue from this segment grew 152% compared with the first quarter of 2026. Group-wide revenue also grew 51% from the previous quarter.
EBITDA for the quarter reached PHP51.5 million, or $842,000. That is an increase of 886% compared with the same period last year.
