Electronic table games maker Interblock plans to launch its Free Fall Roulette product in Macau during the October Golden Week holiday. The launch will mark the game’s first appearance in Asia.
Vincent Tang, Interblock’s vice president of sales for Asia Pacific, confirmed the plan to GGRAsia. He said the game is set to go live at three Sands China properties.
The three venues are The Londoner Macao, The Parisian Macao and The Venetian Macao. Tang said these complexes will be the first places in Asia to host the product.
Launch Timed for Golden Week
Golden Week runs from October 1 to October 7. The holiday period includes China’s National Day.
Tang said this is the target timeline for the rollout. He added that Interblock is looking forward to the launch.
Each of the three Sands China venues is expected to install four units of Free Fall Roulette, based on checks of the casino floors. That would put up to 12 units in operation once the rollout is complete.
The planned debut follows Interblock’s earlier confirmation that Free Fall Roulette had received regulatory approval for the Macau market. That approval cleared the way for the launch at the three properties.
