TLDR Chile’s 22 licensed casinos posted gaming revenue of CLP 372.774 billion through September, a real drop of 7.9%. Visitor numbers fell 11.25% to 4,067,872 guests in the first three quarters of 2026. Average spend per visitor rose 3.82% to CLP 91,639. Chile’s licensed casinos earned less from gambling in the first nine months of 2026, even as the average visitor spent more per trip. The figures come from the Superintendence of Gaming Casinos (SCJ), the country’s casino regulator.
The 22 casinos operating under Law No. 19,995 posted gross gaming revenue (GGR) of CLP 372.774 billion through September. That marks a real drop of 7.9% from the same period a year earlier, according to the regulator’s data.
Visitor traffic fell even faster than revenue. The 22 casinos welcomed 4,067,872 guests in the first three quarters of 2026, down 11.25% from the same stretch of 2025.
